Business Model

LB Aresia acquires hospitality asset leasehold at rate (no or low key money with below market rent), utilize funds to improve and or renovate the property if needed to ensure that the property fit with one LB Aresia brand. LB Aresia operates those assets using a centralized opera- tion model in order to minimize cost and maximize bottom line. LB Aresia utilize operational profit to pay guaranteed return to investors every 31st March.

When the leasehold of a performing property comes
to an end, 2 options will present itself:

1. Sell the leasehold at a premium
2. Renew leasehold & continue to operate the property

If a property does not perform as expected:

1. Sell the leasehold
2. Exit (cost may occur)
